In December 2016, the Israel Government Fellows program will be celebrating ten years of operation and the completion of its tenth session. To mark this dual milestone, IGF is holding a special reunion conference for its more than 180 alumni around the world.
On December 26th-29th, we will be welcoming you, our alumni, to the Menachem Begin Heritage Center – your home-away-from-home in Jerusalem, where you all spent so many days learning, discussing and debating in seminars. You will be staying (cost-free!) in a hotel in the city, all meals provided.
We want to use this milestone event to bring you all together for three days of reacquainting old friends, making new ones, learning from each other and discussing the issues that concern you all as young Jews and supporters of Israel. We will also be celebrating with a special Gala Evening and, as this is IGF, you can rely on us to bring you one or two big-name speakers.
We believe this conference can also have an impact beyond the event itself. With so many of you now established in your individual fields and making an impact around the world, there is so much potential in the IGF alumni network. The conference can help the network to develop a more concrete identity, to refresh and renew your connections to Israel and to identify areas where alumni can work together and share best practice.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all back to Jerusalem!
Conference will begin on Monday, December 26 th 2016.
