After one month of orientation, participants will intern at their allocated placement for four days every week. The fifth working day will be a seminar day where they will have the opportunity to meet and listen to leading decision makers and opinion-formers in Israeli society. There will also be occasional evening activities as part of the education program.
Throughout the nine months there will be several tiyulim (trips) outside Jerusalem, lasting 3-4 days, as well as day trips in the city. There will be a weekend dedicated to Hasbarah (Israel advocacy), and another where participants will have the chance to spend time in dialogue with Israeli peers. There will also be ten days of volunteering and further ulpan throughout the program.
Participants will have one free weekend every month (except in months where Jewish holidays provide for a break in the program).
