Fellows are placed in positions of genuine responsibility working with senior figures in the Israeli government and will be placed in accordance with their skills and interests as well as with manpower needs of the government.
Each Fellow will work under a personal mentor. Fellows’ precise roles will vary tremendously and will depend on the ministry or department in which they work, as well as their own skills and experience.
